Indus welfare association worked in the most vulnerable location of district Sanghar with the help of its donor partner "International Organization for Migration (IOM)". Flood 2011: Situation at Sanghar (Sindh) Very serious and critical situation at Sanghar was due to rainfall going on from one month time to time.  This rainfall has been  destroyed mud houses and huts, crops are affected 90 percent and their livestock die day to day due to viral diseases, and human population facing nutrition, hygiene and shelter problems. In this situation most population affected by different diseases like, Malaria, Diahyrea , cough and flu, and skin diseases.
Hundreds of families’ has been migrated from own villages and resident at protection bunds of different water channels, and desert area near to barrage area and very small number of families have facility of Govt: infrastructure like schools. Number of families increased hour to hour.
